The service

For a one-time fee of £100 (or such price as agreed in writing), StephBuilds will deliver a single-page website for your business using one of our niche templates. This includes:

• A custom subdomain or your own domain (if supplied).
• Hosting and basic maintenance for 12 months.
• One round of content changes before launch.
• Handover instructions if you want to manage it yourself later.

What is not included

• Copywriting beyond simple edits to the supplied template.
• Custom design or bespoke features (available separately by quote).
• Booking systems, payment processing, or e-commerce functionality.

Renewal from year two

From the 13th month onwards you can either continue hosting with us at £99/year, upgrade to the Managed tier (£15/month, includes backups, analytics and one content change per month), or export your site and host it elsewhere.

Payment

Payment is due up-front via Stripe before development begins. All amounts are in GBP and inclusive of applicable taxes where due.

Refunds

Because work begins as soon as payment is received, fees are non-refundable once we have sent you the first draft. If you cancel before the first draft you are entitled to a full refund.

Your responsibilities

You own the business the site represents and have the right to use any logos, photos, text or other content you supply. You agree not to use the site for illegal purposes, spam, or anything that breaches UK law.

Liability

We provide the service with reasonable care and skill but do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that the website will generate any particular level of enquiries or revenue. Our total liability in any 12-month period is capped at the fees you paid in that period.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
